GC Home Remodeling LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients in Middle Tennessee. Our SMS program includes:
- Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, inspection reminders, project status updates, and follow-up communications related to your remodeling project
- Marketing messages (optional): Seasonal promotions, service announcements, and special offers from GC Home Remodeling LLC
Message frequency varies. You may receive 1–4 messages per month for marketing, and additional transactional messages as your project progresses.
2. How to Opt Out (Text STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages from GC Home Remodeling LLC at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
- After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent
- To resubscribe, text START or contact us directly

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through our SMS program. GC Home Remodeling LLC is not responsible for any actions or inactions of wireless carriers in connection with the delivery of messages.
6. Age Restriction
Our SMS program and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a form or opting into our SMS program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to minors.
7. Privacy & Data Sharing
Your phone number and consent information will never be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive from GC Home Remodeling LLC.
